AP2T's Stepping Out Program

A Place 2 Turn's Stepping Out Program is a 3 Phase Transitional Independent Living Program designed to meet the needs of Foster Youth. This high-impact program moves young adults through a coordinated series of activities to improve their self-esteem and life skills as they transition out of care and into adulthood.
